How to pay your Demon bill

By Direct Debit

If your payment is by Direct Debit then no further action is required from you, other than making sure that your payment details are up to date. If your Direct Debit details have changed, you can update this information by contacting our customer services team. You will need to have your Demon hostname and security phrase or your Demon account number and postcode available to change your details.

Pay Online

If you wish to make a payment online towards your Demon bill, please visit https://www.paysmevodafone.com/ and follow the instructions to make a secure payment. Your payment will take three working days to appear on your Demon account.
