Service Improvements

Dear Customer

A number of customers have recently completed a survey helping us to understand more about the performance of the new ADSL2+ service. As a result of the survey we have implemented a number of improvements aimed at providing a better level of service.

It would be great to hear from all customers who have the ADSL2+ service to measure how effective these changes have been and to assess if further improvements are required.
