Important service change: Transfer of Demon Web Hosting, Domain and Email products to intY Limited
This is to let you know that all Demon Web Hosting, Domain and some email products will transfer to intY Limited on 31 March 2015 and become their responsibility from 1 April 2015 onwards. This change won’t affect any other Demon broadband service.
What is intY Limited?
intY Limited is an expert in cloud-based applications, products and services. An established, global IT company, it’s been a trusted supplier of Demon products and services for over eight years.
If you currently receive these Demon services free of charge
From the 1 April 2015 onwards, your existing service for Demon Web Hosting and Domain products will transfer automatically to intY Limited for at least 60 days. There’ll be no interruption in service. If you wish to continue using your transferred services after this initial 60-day period, you will be able to take advantage of special offers from intY’s Domains and Web Hosting partner, Namesco (names.co.uk), who will be writing to you shortly with details.
Please note: These changes don’t affect any free email service you may have.
If you pay for these services
From 1 April 2015 onwards, your service agreement for Demon Web Hosting and Domain products will be assigned to intY Limited, who are then responsible for fulfilling the terms of your agreement, including technical support. They’ll also be responsible for the ongoing billing of your service.
Your billing from 1 April 2015
All future invoices will be sent to you direct from intY’s Domains and Web Hosting partner, Namesco. If you pay by Direct Debit for the services being transferred, your mandate will also be transferred in full and you don’t need to do anything.
If you pay by Direct Debit for other products and services as well as those being transferred, you will be contacted by the new service provider to arrange a new payment method.
Please note: Any payments due to Vodafone on or after 1 April 2015 for Demon Web Hosting, Domain or email services will stop. This change does not affect any other services provided by Vodafone, including any free email accounts you may have. All other payments you may make to Vodafone will continue as normal.
