Demon Email Management Portal maintenance on the 23rd January 2013

We will be carrying out an upgrade on our Demon Email Management Portal between the hours of 07:00 and 11:00 on 23/01/2013.

Between 07:00 and 08:00, there will be a 30 minute period where customers will be unable to access our Demon Email Management Portal.

Between 09:00 and 11:00, further non-service affecting works will be carried out where customers may see a delay in actions being completed within the Demon Management Email Portal.

Following this upgrade, you may notice some changes to the visual experience when logging on to our Demon Email Management Portal. These enhancements have been made to improve the customer experience.

Please be aware that Outlook Web Access will not be impacted and customers will be able to continue to send and receive email as normal during this upgrade.
