Changes to Demon Residential Technical Support
From Wednesday 1st December 2010 Demon Broadband will be changing the opening hours of Demon Residential Technical Support. It will be available on 0345 272 2666 from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
Demon is committed to providing high quality support to all customers, and we want to ensure that you have access to technical support when you need it most. With the vast majority (nearly 95%) of technical support calls made between 8am to 8pm, we’ve structured our support team to be available by phone during these hours. Outside of these hours, you can email or leave us a message and we will be in contact as quickly as possible to help solve your problem.
In addition, to ensure we continue to offer great service, we’ve just launched a new online text chat system to enhance customer communication, and will also be launching an online customer portal in the New Year, which will offer a full range of helpful tools for customers.
Opening hours for Residential Customer Service and Sales are unaffected and will remain as 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday respectively.
There is no change to Business Technical Support, Customer Service or Sales.
